Do I need an appointment?

Yes, our private styling sessions are by appointment only. This allows us to tailor your fitting without any interruptions providing a one to one service with our bridal stylists. Please call 02870327000 / 07843796530 to book your appointment. You can of course send us an email at hello@pippabridal.com. If you require a appointment which is out of hours, please email and we will try and make this happen for you.

How far in advance should I start searching for my dress?

We recommend you start searching for your dream gown 12-14 months before your wedding date. This is to ensure no rushed decisions are made when choosing ‘The One.” Our designers are scattered around the world, order & shipping time can take 6-10 months. All of our gowns are made to order.

How long are appointments?

Our private appointments are scheduled for an hour. This will involve a styling session with our stylist to help get a better idea of your style and fit. Then it’s the fun bit of trying on the gowns. If you’re having too much fun and spare time is required we can always book you in for a separate appointment, or a follow up appointment.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?

As much as we want the wedding celebrations to begin as you search for your dress, we find too many opinions a little overwhelming for our bride. We recommend that you bring your close family or Friends to help you choose your gown. We want this experience to be about you, for you to remember. We advise bringing 2-3 people as this fits the studio comfortably. If you are going to bring more than four people please give us a heads up so we can ensure your time here is as comfortable as possible.

What size are your sample gowns?

Our dress samples range between a 10 – 16 and vary with each designer. Please note that your gown can be ordered up to a size 30. We have creative ways to pin you in each gown to give you the best idea of what your dress will look like in whichever size you order.

What is the process of purchasing a gown?

Your initial appointment will include a tailored styling session allowing you to dress up in our gorgeous gowns. We want you to have as much fun as possible. If you say yes to the dress, we will take your measurements and order the closest size to these measurements. Delivery of bridal gowns can take between 6-10 months. We do ask all clients to try on their gowns when they arrive in-store, any gowns that are not checked and tried on before leaving can not be held responsible for. Sale goods are non-refundable and ‘sold as-seen’. You will then consult with a seamstress to do any final adjustments to your gown.

Do you offer/include alterations?

Alternations are a separate cost from the purchase of your gown. We have sourced several highly reputable seamstresses which we can recommend for you. However, we do not offer in-house alterations. Please note, we are not in contractual agreements with our recommended seamstresses.

Do you offer accessories?

Yes, lots of stunning head pieces and beautifully sourced veils to compliment your dream gowns. Please get in touch and make an appointment if veils and accessories is all you need. Pippa Bridal is happy to help with everything.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately not as all our gowns are especially made for you – we can not offer any refund or exchange.
